1)    Back & seat sponge: formed by high density PU cold foaming. durable and undistorted.

2)    Back &set cover: injection molded with multiple composite material(PP) or premium plywood

3)    Leg:2.0mm top grade steel plate, through procedures of polishing, descaling, pickling, phosphating, electrodusting and high temperature processing.

4)    Tip-up mechanism: gravity, spring or mechanical damping slow rebound

5)    Fabric: high-grade fabric, anti-staining and unfading. Fire-retardant:BS5852, CA117 or GB8624

6)    Side panel: premium plywood covered with cushion.

7)    Armrest with cup holder: injection molded by ABS material, connecting part is welded by steel plate.

8)    Back connector: three adjustable reclining angle or fixed angle.

9)    Seat connector: Aluminum or plastic connector (passed destructive test)

10) Floor mounted: hexagon socket cap screw and expanding nut mounting onto floor.
